Why you may want to let me coach you

As an executive with over 20 years of experience in large and small companies, I understand the professional environment of many people very well. There are many circumstances for which a conversation with a coach can be very valuable and why you (should) come to me, for example

Making even greater use of your own potential

Do you believe that there is more to you than your current role, your current profession reflects? That’s great. You are acting from a position of strength and may be curious to learn more about yourself. Coaching reveals your potential – and helps you to bring out your strengths even more. An assessment of your current position and/or a personality analysis will help us to do this.

Career is stuck

Many people experience at least once in their career that they feel they are “not getting anywhere”. This circumstance has as many causes as possible solutions. Together we will look at your situation. An assessment of your current situation or a personality analysis may provide new insights. Together we include these in your career planning for the next 3-5 years.

Trouble with your superiors / the environment

A classic. Whether it doesn’t work out humanly or whether you disagree objectively and unemotionally with your boss about the strategy / procedure etc.: This topic is the perennial favorite. Fortunately, there are enough tools in coaching to “crack” even the most difficult superiors. However – so much up front – the change begins with yourself.

Trouble with your direct reports

A very similar variant to the above section, but for superiors: There is this one employee in many teams, this one employee who absolutely does not want to integrate into the team. To make matters worse, he/she is perhaps the sole knowledge carrier and behaves like a diva on stage? What to do? In coaching, we develop new perspectives on the problem and perhaps dare to do something unconventional.

“I actually don’t enjoy what I’m doing”

This also exists and even surprisingly often. No matter how it manifests itself, some people actually wake up one morning and find that they spend at least 8 hours (or 100% of their daily work life) on something that they don’t enjoy. In addition, such situations usually seem hopeless and you feel trapped. This does not have to be the case. Together with me, your coach, we will find solutions and new perspectives.
